Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! EMOM stands for every minute on the minute and for each exercise you will have 3 rounds of 1 minute to complete the number of reps I challenge you with. I want you to have 15 seconds rest minimum for each round so if you are not finished with your reps in 45 seconds, just stop at that number and stick with that number for rounds 2 and 3! If you have 30 seconds or more of rest, I’d like for you to increase your reps so that you are finishing with around 15-20 seconds rest left in your minute. You will be able to judge the pace that works for you after round one. I finish it off with a jump rope challenge so make sure you hit a great number in your first 45 seconds of jump rope and then work hard to beat that number in round 2! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a bent rows and something as light as standing abs for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!

7. Overhead knee to elbow crunch
8. 1 Lateral Slides and 1 punch jack

11. Jump rope
