Today is an upper body and abs strength workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform 3 rounds of every exercise for 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. For our ab exercises we will perform the moves for 2 minutes straight! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for some arm work for you. GO CRUSH IT!

6. Tricep OH extension
7. Skull crushers
8. Leg raise and open close at bottom
9. Bent row
