In today’s workout we will complete 3 exercises in straight sets for 45 seconds each. After 3 rounds of each exercise we will take a 45 second rest before we start our next exercise. I still want you to continue focusing on keeping a moderate (not fast) tempo to target our goals of strength and hypertrophy! I used my 15, 20, 30, 40, and 50lb dumbbells today so grab your heavy strength training weights and let’s crush it!
