In today’s workout we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds as we pair up two exercises in bootcamp style! Bootcamp style here for our workout means that we will alternate between two exercises until we complete 3 rounds of each of the exercises. After we finish our third round, we will take a one minute rest before starting the next circuit of two exercises. Grab your yoga block or riser for a deficit option on our last set of lunges so you can get a bigger range of motion. I used my 15-50lb dumbbells for my exercises today. The lightest weight exercise today was a curl and the heaviest was a goblet squat!
