Skinny Guy INSANE Shoulder Transformation! (NATURAL)

Jesse clearly went from having shrimpy shoulders with no size or definition to having more muscular and defined delts.

Through a dedicated effort of consistently training and following a well crafted meal plan, Jesse was able to change not just his shoulders, but his entire body. Packing on size and strength while maintaining leanness throughout the process wasn’t easy, but it’s paid off dividends in the end.
