Muscle Snatch

How To Do It:
-Start position is same as classic snatch
-After full extension legs stay extended
-Elbows move upward to shoulder height before flipping the hands over

Why To Do It:
-Reinforces full extension from the legs
-Teaches the correct use of upper body through final extension
-Helps to develops upper back and shoulder strength

When To Do It:
-Can be used at beginning of workouts as warm-up
-Used on technique days to reduce intensity but maintain technical skills
-Can be used during all phases of training
