Happy, Healthy, Strong | Full Body Bodyweight 30 Minute Workout

All you need is your body and some space to move! We are working hard for 30 minutes together so you can have the best most effective workout without needing any equipment! Grab a water and crush this one!

In today’s workout we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds as we target our upper, lower, core, and cardio exercises. Grab a water bottle and a sweat towel and be ready to stay moving and working hard the whole time. We will complete 3 rounds of 3 exercises before moving on to the next circuit. Go hard and step it up if you can!

4. Lunge Switch hops
5. Side plank leg lift right leg
6. Hamstring Pull Through
7. Side plank left leg
8. Hamstring Pull Through Left leg
9. Skater Lunge hops
10. Heel tap Lateral Lunge
11. Plank Slider Crunches
12. 2 push ups and a plank open up
