FULL BODY Turn Up Workout!

The best total body workout to keep you moving! You will stay moving, you will hit all the muscles in your body, and leave with a full body burn and sweat! Grab some weights and let’s workout!

In today’s workout we will work for 30 seconds for each exercise and rest for 15 seconds. The exercises will get progressively harder as you go through each progression of 3 levels. After you finish two exercise progressions you will take a 60 seconds rest. The workout will target your whole body as well as keeping your heart rate up with short work periods and short rest periods. Your intensity is determined by you so work hard and get the most out of this workout!

The Exercises:
1. Squat to Press to Squat and Press
2. Sit up to Russian Twists to Sit Up and Twist
3. Lunge to Tricep Extension to lunge and extension
4. Plank right side open up to left side to hip taps
5. Deadlifts to Rows to row and kickback
6. Toe touches to single leg toe touches to crunched to touch flutter
7. Sumo squat to bicep curl to squat and curl
8. Frog sit ups to reverse crunch to sit up and reverse crunch
9. Squats to lunges to deadlifts
10. Chest press to shoulder press to rows
11. Deadlifts to Lateral Lunges to DB Swings
12. Tricep kickbacks to Lateral Raises to Bicep Curls
13. Plank Rows to Plank Hops to DB Snatches
14. Criss Cross to Ab Flutters to Bicycles
