What’s up guys! In this video I review the FlyBird 25lb adjustable dumbbells. The FlyBird brand has become very popular on Amazon getting great reviews. These adjustable weights are rated 4.7 out of 5 stars on amazon with almost 900 reviews so far. These dumbbells have the twist lock design where you only have to spin the handle to adjust the weight, which is currently the fastest way to change weight on any adjustable dumbbell. The Fly Bird light weight dumbbell set is cheap compared to some of the competition and a great choice for beginners or someone that doesn’t need a lot of weight to get a good workout in their home gym.
