Today is a strength and pilates workout so be ready to push hard and rock through the burn! We will perform supersets of a strength move and a smaller range of motion pilates move performing the each for 30 seconds for 3 rounds of each. I used my 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for some as light as a tricep kickback pulse and as heavy as a sumo squat!

1. Curl and press with step and abduction
2. Same side press and leg pulse
3. Glute bridge
4. Glute bridge abduction
5. Jackknifes
6. 6inch flutter
7. Front raise and kickback
8. Kickback pulse
9. Single leg deadlift
10. Kneeling side straight leg lift

12. Down dog to push UP pulse
13. Mermaid lift with dumbbell between legs
14. Mermaid pulse
15. Sumo deadlift to squat
16. Sumo pulse

18. Warrior 3
19. Reverse lunge and curl
20. Lunge and ½ squat hold
