Today is a full body workout so be ready to crush this one focusing on your upper body, lower body, cardio, and a bit of core. In this workout we will complete 3 exercises for 3 rounds of 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest. Immediately afterwards we will perform 1 minute of cardio! We will close out this challenge with an on-demand SHRED cardio tempo to close it out. I used my 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, and 50 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for some as light as a shoulder press pulse and as heavy as a goblet squat!
