Today is a leg workout workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Your workout today challenges you to work for 2 rounds of 120 seconds. The first 30 seconds of work will be full range of motion, the second 30 seconds will be a pulse, the next 30 seconds will be a hold, and the last 30 seconds will be a hop or high intensity movement! I used my 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab your dumbbells and your glute bands and let’s CRUSH IT!

1. Low Hold Squat- squat pulse-squat hold-squat jumps
2. Right Leg Step out Lunge-pulse- hold- lunge hops
3. Left Leg Step out Lunge – pulse-hold-lunge hops
4. Pop Squats In and Out – heel lifted squat pulse- hold sumo squat tap and hop
5. Lateral Squat Walk – leg lifts right- leg lifts left- cursty hop over
6. Split Squat Right – squat to calf raise- bodyweight hold -knee driver
7. Split Squat Left – squat to calf raise -hold-knee driver
8. Step Ups -left leg step up-right leg step up-heel lifted squat hold
