Today is a lower body strength workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Today’s workout is 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest per exercise. We have 3 rounds of each move so challenge yourself if you can! Go heavier if you can, add 2 reps if you can, just work hard! I used my 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something like a lunge and something as heavy as a glute bridge. GO CRUSH IT!
Exercises: (3 rounds of each except the last exercise, we will have 2 rounds.)
1. Squat close to wide
2. Wide Squat on back
3. Close squat tap downs
4. Walking Lunges
5. Right leg lunge
6. Left leg lunge
7. Romanian Deadlift
8. Right leg deadlift
9. Left Leg Deadlift
10. Curtsy Lunge
11. Lateral Lunge
12. Forward Lunge
13. Squat Jumps 5 and pulse 5
14. Lunge Switch jumps 5 and pulse 5
15. lateral ski hops 5 and 1 squat hop
