Today is a legs workout so be ready to turn up the intensity and push those heavy weights! We will perform a superset of 2 strength moves for 3 rounds of 30 seconds in and then close it out with a squat burnout! I used my 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a goblet squat and something as light as lunges for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!
