Today is a legs and glutes workout so be ready to turn up the intensity and push through the burn! I used my medium and heavy glute resistance bands as well so grab yours or click here to grab yours! We will perform a strength move on one side of your body at a time for 3 rounds each and then close it out with a burnout movement! I used my 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a glute bridge and something as light as a single leg squat for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!

2. Right Leg RDL
3. Right Leg Lateral slider Lunge
4. left leg squat to slider lunge
5. Left leg RDL
6. Left leg lateral slider lunge
7. Squat walk tap x2 and step over
8. Sumo squat pulse x 3 and stand
9. Sumo Squat toe tap
10. Split Squat Right
11. Split Squat left
12. Glute Bridge and Pulse
13. Glute Bridge and Heel Lift
14. Glute Bridge and Abduction
15. Slider Hamstring Curls
