Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on cardio and getting your heart rate up! We will rock 18 exercises for 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used light dumbbells today: 5, 8, 10, and 15 lb dumbbells and my jump rope!
