Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our whole body with muscular endurance and balance as a main goal ! An AMRAP workout is one of the best workouts to get into your own zone and rock it out! We have 9 4-minute circuits where you will do 8 reps of 2 exercises each as many rounds as you can in your 4 minutes. Then we get a full one minute rest before our next circuit! I used my 10, 15, 20 , and 25 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your light to medium range.
