Today we will work on strength for your back and biceps by crushing 3 rounds of 12 separate exercises and 4 cardio exercises to close it out! This workout is truly a workout where you can push yourself as these are our foundation pulling exercises where we can all push ourselves! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium to heavy range and let’s do this!
