Today is a strength and conditioning workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform 3 exercises for 30 seconds each and then a cardio move for 30 seconds for 3 rounds of each. I used my 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something like a bicep curl and something as heavy as a chest press. GO CRUSH IT!

Exercises:
1. Squat/Squat and press/ press /lateral butt kicks
2. Deadlift/Deadlift and row/ Row/ jump rope
3. Bicep Curl/split squat and curl/split squat/ power step ups
4. Glute bridges / Glute bridge and chest press / chest press/ mountain climbers
5. Complex: 2 squats, 2 presses, 2 rdl, 2 rows, 2 burpees
