45 Minute Quads & Core Challenge Workout | ACTIVATE – Day 9

It’s Day 9 of ACTIVATE! Don’t forget to subscribe to the channel to crush this challenge with me!

Today is a core and lower body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds for four rounds of each exercise alternating between leg exercises and core exericses.

I used my 10 pound dumbbell to my 30 pound dumbbells with my lightest weight being used for standing crunches and my heaviest weight being used for goblet squat so grab weights that work for you and let’s crush it together!

The exercises:
1. Goblet Squat
2. Bicycle Sit Ups
3. Reverse Lunges
4. Leg Raises
5. Sumo Squats
6. Plank Slider Crunch
7. Step Ups
8. Jackknives
9. Wall Sit Minute
