45 Minute Power Glutes & Abs HIIT Workout | EFFORT – Day 15

The burn is real! It’s DAY 15 of our PROCESS program and this workout is going to push you to work your glutes and abs hard to finish strong!

This workout will be one of your favorites! We are working for 30 or 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds and we are working in supersets with 2 exercises of similar muscles together. I used my dumbbells, my glute bands, my kettlebell (optional) and my bosu (optional) so grab weights that work for something as heavy as an RDL and as light as a jackknife for your core!

1. Band Activation
2. Tap Back RDLs
3. Lateral Lunges with DB pass

4. DB Straight arm sit ups
5. Toe Touches

6. Glute Bridges
7. Clam Shells

8. Seated Twists
9. Jackknives with DB pass around

10. KB Swings
11. Banded Superman

12. Canoe to flutter to chop
13. Reverse Crunches

14. Band circuit (superman/hip abd/canoe flutters/hip abd)
15. Band max burnout
