Today is a legs and glutes workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 30 or 45 seconds at a time and complete 2 or 3 rounds of each exercise with a power push in our glute circuit. I am showing you modifications this month with resistance bands so make sure to grab your bands if you will be out of town because you will be able to keep rocking with me too! I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells so grab yours if you’re ready!
1. Goblet Squat and a half
2. Alternating Band Leg Lifts
3. Squat Hold with band
4. Walking Lunges
5. Reverse Lunges
6. Lateral Lunges
8. Left Leg RDL
9. Right Leg RDL
10. RDL to front squat
11. Glute Bridges
12. Side plank Knee open and tuck right
13. side plank knee open and tuck right
14. Heel Drivers in Quadruped Position
15. Step Ups and kickback
