Today is a legs and glutes workout so be ready to turn up the intensity and push through the burn! We will perform a strength move for 3 rounds of 45 seconds in and then close it out with a glute burnout! I used my 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a glute bridge and something as light as a single leg squat for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!
