Today is a low impact cardio and abs workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform 2 rounds of an exercise for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. I used my 5, 8, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for some ab work for you. GO CRUSH IT!

1. Knee Drivers (R/L)
2. Plank Knee Drivers R/L
3. Pull Down Left /Right Arm Punch
4. Side plank Cross Down and Reach overhead with db
5. Lateral kick touch down
6. Seated Twists with straight legs
7. Bear Crawls
8. DB Leg Extension
9. Forward Kicks with straight arm toe touches
10. Side Plank kneeling Crunch
11. Wood choppers with dumbbells
12. Plank Pull Across and open
13. 4 Pulling Marches and 4 kicks
14. Jackknives
15. Dumbbell Punch R/M/L
16. Leg raise open and close ladder
17. Dip low x3 and shuffle
