Today is a low impact cardio and abs workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform 2 rounds of an exercise for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. I used my 5, 8, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for some ab work for you. GO CRUSH IT!
1. Knee Drivers (R/L)

3. Pull Down Left /Right Arm Punch
4. Side plank Cross Down and Reach overhead with db
