Today is a leg workout workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Your workout today challenges you to work for 3 rounds of 60 seconds. The first 30 seconds of work will be full range of motion and the second 30 seconds will be a hold or pulse! I used my 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab your dumbbells and your glute bands and let’s CRUSH IT!

1. Low Hold Squat- squat hold
2. Right Leg Step out Lunge-pulse
3. Left Leg Step out Lunge – pulse
4. Pop Squats In and Out – heel lifted squat pulse
5. Lateral Squat Walk – leg lifts
6. Split Squat Right – hold
7. Split Squat Left – hold
8. Reverse lunge – pulse in and out with back foot
9. Step Ups pulse in squat and tap bench
10. Heel Lifted Squats-pulse
