45 Minute Legs & Glutes AMRAP Workout | FOCUS – Day 6

It’s DAY 6 of our FOCUS program and I am so pumped for you to crush this workout with me! Today is a legs AMRAP workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 4 minutes at a time and complete 10 reps of two different exercises in that 4 minutes as many rounds as we can. Feel free to adjust your weights by increasing when you can and dropping down when you need to as the time goes on.

I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells, my jump rope, and my bench for step ups and split squats so grab yours if you’re ready!

4. Single Leg Deadlifts

5. Lateral Lunges

8. Bench Step Ups

12. Glute Single Leg March

14. Heel Drivers
15. Lunges
