Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our legs and abs with muscular strength as a main goal ! We will rock 13 exercises for 3 rounds of 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest. I used my 20, 25, 30, 40, and 50 pound dumbbells for my legs and my 5 and 8 pound dumbbells for my abs today so grab some weights that are in your heavy range and let’s crush it!
