Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our legs and muscular strength as a main goal! We will rock 13 exercises for 3 rounds of 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest. I used my 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your heavy range and let’s crush it!
