Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our whole body with strengthening and sculpting exercises! We will rock 13 exercises for 3 rounds of 40 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that challenge you in moves that are as light as a tricep kickback and as heavy as a snatch!
