In today’s workout we will work for 4 minutes and complete 10 reps of each exercise as many times as possible in our 4 minutes. We will have 1 minute between each circuit to rest so make sure to breathe and check out what’s next. The training variables we are focusing on today are strength and range of motion so let’s really push ourselves to move heavy weights and do it with the full control of the entire movement in mind.
