Today we will work on strength for your glutes by crushing 3 rounds of 14 separate exercises! I start us off with 1 minute of glute activation and then we move into our weighted exercises in which we will do 3 rounds of each strength move. This workout is truly a workout where you can push yourself as these are our foundation glute exercises where we can all push ourselves! I also incorporated the jump rope into this workout with 5 separate one minute cardio sessions. I used my 20, 25, 30, 40, and 50 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium to heavy range and let’s do this!
