Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our glutes with muscular strength as a main goal ! We will rock 13 exercises for 3 rounds of 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest. I used my 20, 25, 30, 40, and 50 pound dumbbells for my legs and my glute resistance bands so grab some weights that are in your heavy range and let’s crush it!
