Today is an upper body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform a strength superset for 3 rounds of 30 seconds each. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 50 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a chest press and something as light as a tricep kickback for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!
