Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our glutes and legs with strengthening, sculpting, and sweaty exercises ! We will rock 13 exercises for 3 rounds of 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest. I used my 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that challenge you in moves that are as light as a lunge and as heavy as a glute bridge!

I also used a kettlebell today, I will link the one I used here! It ranges from 8 pounds to 45 pounds!
