Today is a full body bodyweight workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform supersets, straight sets, and circuits today for 30 seconds using only our bodyweight. I will include a sports theme for every exercise but you don’t have to have played a sport to do this workout! If you’ve ever done a cardio workout with me, you will do great! Turn up the intensity and GO CRUSH IT!

4. Side to side Jumping Jacks

6. Forward Kick and Lunge switch
