Today is an upper body pull and abs ladder workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 3 minutes adding 2 reps to each exercise every time we perform in within that three minute period. I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 35 pound dumbbells and my jump rope so grab yours if you’re ready!
