I am 16 weeks postpartum in this workout and I’m fully embracing this my comeback to the channel after giving birth to my baby boy this summer! For today’s workout we are working in AMRAP style. I will give you two exercises to perform as many rounds as possible in 3.5 minutes and we will have 30 seconds rest between circuits. I used my 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab weights that are in that range for you and let’s CRUSH IT!

17. 90 degree sit ups
