Today is an upper body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform a strength move for 3 rounds of 45 seconds each and then close it out with a 60 second burnout at the end of the workout and believe me those are SPICY!!! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a row and something as light as a lateral shoulder raise for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!
