Today I am 36 weeks pregnant and I’m so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!

Today’s workout is an upper body workout where we will work through 15 exercises to target our upper body strength. We will work in circuit style so three exercises will be grouped together to target one muscle group and we will complete each exercise for 30 seconds. There will be 15 seconds rest between each exercise and we will complete 3 rounds of each circuit. This workout was so much fun and I can’t wait to see you pushing yourself through this one!
I used anywhere from my 5 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for some slight modifications so grab yours if you need it!

2. Chest Fly
3. Push Ups
4. Left arm Row
5. Right Arm Row
6. Back Flyes
7. Tricep OH Extension
8. Tricep Kickback
9. Tricep Push Ups
10. Hammer Curls
11. Supinated curls
12. Alternating Curl Pulses
13. Shoulder Press
14. Front Raise
15. Side Raise
