40 Minute Upper Body Burn Workout | PUMP – Day 19

Today is an upper body pull workout challenge and WOW I felt this pump! Be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 3 rounds of 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest. I am showing you modifications this month with resistance bands so make sure to grab your bands if you will be out of town because you will be able to keep rocking with me too! I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells so grab yours if you’re ready!

The exercises:
1. Inchworm push ups
2. Supermen
3. Mountain climbers
4. alternating hammer curls
5. Bent row high row
6. knee drivers x 3 and switch
7. Back Flye left x 2 right x2
8. Curls left x 2 right x2
9. front kicks left, 2 front kicks right
10. under hand row overhand row
11. Curl hold pulses
12. left touch down middle reach right touch down
