This workout is such a great challenge for your lower body and abs! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between each set. This will give you time to switch weights and keep moving. Make sure you challenge yourself more each round in the weights you are holding or in the way you’re moving with intensity!

7. DB jackknives
8. Left side TGU Sit Up
9. Right Side TGU sit up

11. Butterfly sit up middle side side
12. Leg raises, 6 inches, flutter, chop
