This workout is such a great challenge for your chest and back! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between each set and we are grouping two exercises together in superset format. This will give you time to switch exercises and keep moving. Make sure you challenge yourself more each round in the weights you are holding or in the way you’re moving with intensity!
