Grab 1 dumbbell and be ready to feel strong in your abs and arms! These combination exercises are going to target your abs and your core the entire workout as we use one dumbbell at a time. I used a 10, a 20, or a 30 lb dumbbell and this workout pushed me to my limits! We will complete three rounds of each exercise for 45 seconds before moving to the next exercise and we have a 45 second rest between exercises. Let’s crush it!
