Today I am 32 weeks pregnant and I’m so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!

Our workout for today is a legs strength workout where we will work through 9 lower body strength exercises for our quads and hamstrings after a warm up. We will complete 3 rounds of each strength movement for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest in so you can challenge yourself more each round of the superset.
I have also included 3 burnout circuits throughout the workout so be ready to sit and hold or pulse to really test your leg muscles out! Show your strength, you’ve worked so hard this month, you deserve it!
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for split squats, my sliders, and my glute resistance bands

The exercises:
1. Goblet Squat 2-2-1
2. Forward Lunges
3. Reverse Lunge and 1/2

5 squat jumps and 5 second squat hold for 90 seconds

4. Plie Squat
5. Back Squats
6. Step Ups

90 seconds split squat pulse left/ 90 seconds right

7. Slider Reverse Lunge
8. Slider squat walks
9. Hamstring Curls

100 Heel Elevated Squat Pulses
