Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our abs and legs with strengthening and sculpting exercises ! We will rock 13 exercises for 2 rounds of 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used my 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that challenge you in moves that are as light as a lunge and as heavy as a glute bridge!

I also used a kettlebell today, I will link the one I normally use here! It ranges from 8 pounds to 45 pounds!
