We have 45 and 30 second work periods for your workout today and you can either grab your step up riser, your box, your bench or complete this workout on the ground! In this workout you are training with Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Women’s Fitness Specialist, and Stretching and Flexibility Coach.
