Today we will work on strength for your glutes by crushing 3 rounds of 12 glute exercises! This workout is truly a workout where you can push yourself as these are our foundation glute exercises where we can all push ourselves! I also incorporated the jump rope into this workout with 3 separate one minute cardio sessions. I used my 15, 20, 25, 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium to heavy range and let’s do this!
