Today is a glutes workout with dumbbells and glute resistance bands! I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 50 pound dumbbell and also my kettlebells and my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you’re ready! We are working for 60 seconds today and resting for 15 to 30 seconds! Our cardio jump rope intervals will be 60 seconds in between sets of 3 rounds of glute strength work!
