Today is a glutes AMRAP that is going to bring the FIRE! I loved this workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! This workout consists of 22 exercises that we will complete in AMRAP style, meaning we will group 3 or 4 exercises together and complete 8 reps of each one, as many rounds as possible, in 4 minutes! The exercises are grouped together below!
I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells and 20 pound kettlebell up to my 30 pound dumbbells and glute bands. i also used my bench so grab yours if you have it and grab weights that work for you so we can crush it together!

1. Glute Kickback
2. Squat walk
3. Slow Squat
4. Romanian Deadlift
5. single leg lunge elevated right
6. Single leg elevated lunge left
7. Glute Bridge
8. Glute Bridge slow
9. Glute Bridge Pulse
10. Split Squat Left
11. Split Squat Right
12. KB swing
13. Sumo Squat 1
14. Slow Sumo Half Squat
15. Sumo Deadlift
16. Fire Hydrant Left
