Today is a glutes workout with dumbbells and glute resistance bands! We have quite a few different formats and circuits today so pay attention! We work for 30 seconds, 40 seconds, and also 5 rep AMRAPS! I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 50 pound dumbbell and also my kettlebells and my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you’re ready!
